Returns Policy

Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by PickleHQ, a full refund for the cost of the item will be issued to the original payment method. Any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for ensuring the item arrives safely back to PickleHQ. We recommend using a tracked delivery service where possible.
