Shipping Policy

At PickleHQ, we aim to get your order packed, shipped, and on its way to you as quickly as possible (because waiting for new pickleball gear is never fun).

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners including:

Royal Mail
Evri

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days

Express Delivery

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods, bank holidays, or due to courier delays outside of our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £50.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details where available.

If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

PickleHQ cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer standard international shipping.

However, if you are located outside the UK and are interested in placing an order, feel free to get in touch and we may be able to arrange a one-off shipment where possible.
